Paid lead unlocks

Homeowner contact details are locked by default. Paying to unlock a lead gives you access to that contact information for the job you selected. An unlock is a one-time purchase of contact access — not a subscription, and not a guarantee of work.

No guarantee of hire

LeadForge connects homeowners seeking trade work with contractors. We do not guarantee that a homeowner will hire you, respond to you, or accept any bid. Job quality, accuracy of homeowner information, and outcome of any engagement are outside our control.

Licensing and compliance

You are solely responsible for holding any licenses, insurance, permits, and qualifications required by law for the work you offer. LeadForge does not verify contractor credentials and is not a party to any contract between you and a homeowner.

Contact privacy

Unlocked contact details are for your legitimate pursuit of that job only. Do not sell, publish, or share homeowner contact information with third parties. Misuse may result in account suspension.

Accounts and payments

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. Unlock fees are charged at the price shown at checkout. Except where required by law, paid unlocks are non-refundable once contact details have been revealed.

Limitation of liability

LeadForge is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, missed jobs, disputes with homeowners, or damages arising from use of unlocked contact information or the platform.
